Wedding Terms

A non-refundable deposit of $500 is due on signing of contract. 50% of the balance will be charged 45 days prior to the event. The remaining charges are due on check-in.

A valid credit card is required to be on file for all private bookings. Any damages, losses (including unreturned keys) or retail purchases resulting in additional charges will be applied to the card on file.

SMOKING is prohibited throughout the entire house and grounds except in designated smoking areas. (Please see “General Policies” regarding smoking on our website) We appreciate your consideration for the safety and preservation of our home.

Check-in time is between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m.

Check-out time is 12 noon

Arrangements for early or late check-in/check-out must be made in advance.
Cancellations

45 days or more: A $50.00 cancellation fee will be charged

30 to 45 days: 50% of the group rate will be charged. In the event rooms can be re-booked, a credit less cancellation fee will be issued.

Less than 30 days: The entire reservation will be charged. In the event rooms can be re-booked, a credit less cancellation fee will be issued.
